Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Kizoo Games (“we”, “us”) collects when you use kizoogames.com (the “Website”), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. Please also read our Terms of Use.
1. Who We Are
Kizoo Games is a free website where you can play browser games. We are responsible for the personal data processed through this Website. You can contact us at any time at [email protected].
2. What Is Personal Data?
Personal data is any information that can identify you directly or indirectly, such as your name, email address, IP address or a cookie ID. You don’t need an account to play on Kizoo Games, and we never ask you for your real name to play a game. Please don’t share personal details such as your real name, address or phone number in games or comments.
3. What Data We Collect and Why
When you visit and play
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to deliver the Website, keep it secure, fix problems and understand which games are popular.
- Game statistics: how often a game page is viewed, and ratings you give a game. Ratings may be stored together with your IP address to stop the same person voting many times.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see section 7.
When you contact us
- Your email address, name (if you give it) and your message. We use this only to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
When you leave a comment (if comments are open)
- The name and email you enter, your comment, and your IP address. We use this to show your comment, prevent spam and moderate content. Your email address is never shown publicly.
Legal bases (for visitors in the EU/EEA and UK)
We process data because it is necessary to provide the Website (legitimate interest), to keep it secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), to answer your messages (legitimate interest or contract), and, for advertising and analytics cookies that are not strictly necessary, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Advertising
Kizoo Games is free because it shows ads. We work with Google AdSense and may work with other advertising partners. These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance and, where you allow it, show ads based on your interests.
- You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- You can turn off personalised ads from Google at Google Ad Settings.
- You can opt out of personalised ads from many other companies at youronlinechoices.eu (EU) or aboutads.info (US).
Visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before non-essential advertising cookies are used, and can change their choice at any time.
5. Games Provided by Third Parties
Most games on Kizoo Games are made and hosted by game developers and game distribution partners and are shown on our pages in an embedded frame. These providers may collect data (for example to save your progress, show ads inside the game or measure game performance) under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to read the privacy information of the game provider if you want to know more.
6. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Website, and only as much as needed:
- Hosting and security: our web hosting provider and Cloudflare (website delivery, security and protection against attacks).
- Advertising partners: such as Google AdSense, as described in section 4.
- Email forwarding: Cloudflare Email Routing and our email provider, to receive and answer your messages.
- Authorities: when we are required to by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
Some of these providers are located outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies: needed for the Website to work and to keep it secure (for example Cloudflare security cookies). These do not need consent.
- Preference cookies: remember simple choices, such as whether you collapsed the side menu. Some of these are stored only in your browser.
- Analytics cookies: help us understand how the Website is used, if analytics are enabled.
- Advertising cookies: used by our advertising partners as described in section 4.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, some parts of the Website or some games may not work properly.
8. How Long We Keep Data
- Emails and messages: as long as needed to handle your request, and at most 2 years after our last contact.
- Comments: as long as the comment is published, or until you ask us to remove it.
- Server and security logs: usually no longer than 90 days.
- Advertising and analytics cookies: for the period set by each partner, unless you delete them earlier.
9. How We Protect Your Data
We use secure HTTPS connections, protection from Cloudflare, limited access to our systems and up-to-date software. No website can be 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to how we use your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing that happened before).
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will answer within one month. If you live in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
11. Privacy Rights for US Residents
If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law (such as California), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of personalised advertising, use the links in section 4, or contact us. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
12. Children’s Privacy
Kizoo Games is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal data, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it. More information for families is on our Information for Parents page.
13. Links to Other Websites
Our Website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, so please read their privacy policies.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If the changes are important, we will make this clear on the Website.
